Ms. Lau serves as Vice President, Corporate Controller, overseeing Granite’s financial reporting, corporate accounting, and property accounting functions.

Ms. Lau has over 18 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and finance, and has led significant process improvements and financial system implementations that drive operational excellence and efficiency. Prior to joining Granite in 2018, Ms. Lau held progressive leadership roles at publicly traded companies across diverse industries, and worked in public accounting with Big Four firms, managing financial audit, corporate tax, and advisory engagements.

Ms. Lau holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Master of Accounting and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
