Ms. Li serves as Vice President, Financial Reporting & FP&A and is responsible for financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, and internal controls.

Ms. Li has more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting and internal controls. Since joining Granite in 2020, she has contributed to key initiatives to modernize financial processes, implement new systems, and enhance financial governance. Prior to joining Granite, Ms. Li worked in public accounting with a Big Four firm, supporting audit and advisory engagements across real estate and asset management clients.

Ms. Li holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and graduated from the Schulich School of Business at York University with an International Bachelor of Business Administration.
