Ms. Boys serves as Senior Vice President, Finance and is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, and treasury.

Ms. Boys joined Granite in 2012, initially in financial planning & analysis supporting Granite's conversion to a REIT, and has held progressively more senior roles at Granite. Most recently, Ms. Boys served as Vice President, Treasury, responsible for debt capital markets & financing, foreign exchange & risk management, intercompany financing, global cash repatriation, and cash management. Prior to Granite, Ms. Boys was involved in turnarounds and restructurings with a boutique financial advisory firm. 

Ms. Boys holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics with a minor in Business.
